How long does it take to ship after payment?

Usually, it takes 10-20 working days. 

Where is your factory and where is the nearest port?

Our factory is in Zibo City,Shandong Province，and the nearest port isin Qingdao. But we can deliver your goods to the place you want..

Can you provide samples?

We can provide samples，but the samples are charged.If you purchase a large quantity，the sample fee can be waived..

Do you provide warranty?

Our products are tested for fatigue before leaving the factory. Under normal there is a 3-month warranty period. If you think there is a problem with the product,you can contact us after-sales. .
